Restaurant Alexander / Pädaste Manor Old Muhu dessert with a new twist - Muhu apurokk with carrot - sea buckthorn cream, burnt white chocolate crumble. Presented in Identita Golose food congress in February. The plate is designed by Lisa Kaufmann, a student in Estonian Academy of Art. She got her inspiration from Hüügu cliff.
